Revoking Investor access to Investor portal

Revoking an Investor’s user access:

Revoking access to all mandates, as well as unlinking the contact’s landlord user from the team.

Steps to revoke user access:

• Navigate to contacts.
• View the contact card.
• Under the linked mandates section, you will notice the user access icons:

• Here you can individually either grant access or revoke access by clicking on the user access icons.
•  Alternatively, you can revoke access to all mandates as well as disable the landlord as a user. 

• This will bring up a confirmation card, required to confirm the revoking and unlinking of landlord user from the contact. He will no longer be able to login to the Investor’s portal.
