Tenancy Schedule

A new report, the Tenancy Schedule, is available for Asset Groups set up with Full or Basic accounting. This report displays the key lease terms and billing rules for occupied assets and additionally includes lease information around vacant assets.

Navigating to the Report

To access the report, navigate to the Accounts Dashboard. Select Asset Group Accounts. Select a Full or Basic Asset Group Account to view.

Click on the Options dropdown and select Account Statements. At Statement Type, select Tenancy Schedule.


From here, you can either create an email with the report attached, or you can click View Statement to download it in Excel format. There is no date option as the report is a current snapshot of the asset group’s details.

Viewing the Report

The Tenancy Schedule consists of two sheets within the Excel workbook, namely Occupied and Vacant.

Occupied tab

This tab contains the following information:

Summary

  • Asset Group Street Address
  • Report Date
  • Landlord
  • Total Assets with Leases
  • Total Vacant Assets

Lease information

  • Asset Name / Unit Number
  • Parking (New field on Leases)
  • Garages (New field on Leases)
  • Primary Tenant Detail
  • Lease Reference
  • Lease Type (Fixed or Month to Month)
  • Start Date
  • End Date
  • Previous End Date
  • Sq Meter
  • Rate / Sq Meter
  • Rent
  • Next Escalation Date
  • Rent Escalation

Tenant Billing Rules (Predicted Income / Month)

  • Billing Category
  • Billing Type
  • Amount
  • VAT
