How to send Statements to a Selection of Tenants/Landlords/Asset Groups

You have the option to send out statements either in bulk to all of your tenants, or to a selection tenants. To send out statements, you will firstly have to navigate to your Accounts Dashboard:

When making a selection, you are selecting the accounts and not the Assets. It is thus crucial to take note of which Accounting tab you are making your selection on:
To send TENANT statements a selection must be made with the "Tenant Account" tab active
To send LANDLORD statements a selection must be made with the "Landlord Income Due" tab active
To send ASSET GROUP statement packs a selection must be made with the "Asset Group Accounts" tab active

PLEASE TAKE NOTE:

If for example, Tenant Accounts have been selected and the "Send Landlord Statements" button is selected, ALL landlord statements will be sent since no LANDLORD accounts have been selected.

When selecting to Send Tenant Statements after a selection was made, you will receive a warning indicating that only certain accounts have been selected as shown below :

When selecting to Send Landlord Statements after a Tenant Account selection was made, you will not receive a Warning, as no LANDLORD Account have been selected.

The new Asset Group filter applies to Tenant, Landlord and Asset Group accounts and does not depend on the currently active tab. eg:

The Accounts after applying the Asset Group filter can be further narrowed down by making a selection. The guidelines as mentioned above still apply to any selection made after the asset group filter has been activated.
When selecting the top tick-box you will select ALL pages - take note that even if you have executed a search, and then select the top tick-box, the system will still select ALL pages. If you have executed a Search, then you should use the individual tick-box next to each property to select and NOT the select all pages tick-box at the top.
When jumping between account types eg. from Tenant Accounts to Landlord Accounts, your selection will be cleared.
When paging your selection will be SAVED and selected accounts on other pages will be added to the list of Accounts to send Statements to. Note - the selection will be cleared if you change the accounting type at any given point.
There is no time limit for the sending of Bulk Statements by selection, the time limit will ONLY apply to bulk sending of ALL Tenant and Landlords.
