How to correct an Incorrect Mapping

If you have mapped a payment received from the Banking dashboard to an incorrect Wallet, follow the steps below to transfer the funds to the correct Wallet :   

  • Navigate to Payments > Payment Allocations   

  • On the Payment Allocations dashboard, search for your Asset and click on Allocations on the right hand side

  • To transfer the funds to the correct Wallet, click on Options on the top right, and select Create Transfer

  • Search for the correct Wallet in the Receiving Wallet field
  • Complete the Description i.e. "Incorrect Mapping"
  • The From and Receiving Wallet References will automatically be populated for your convenience, with the correct references
  • Complete the amount and click on Create

  • Submit the Transfer that was created and Approve on Payment Approvals
  • The funds will now be available in the wallet where funds were transferred to
