How to ask for and get Help

WeconnectU has a complete set of Knowledge Base Articles that will ensure that you are empowered to find any assistance that you might need at your fingertips.

The Help Beacon

The WeconnectU Help Beacon provides you with a fully integrated and context specific online assistant from where you can search for just about any topic related to all features in RAMS. Just click on the Help Beacon icon shown on bottom right (as shown below).

A Question Box will be displayed where you can type in key words or phrases of what you are looking for. A list of related articles will then be displayed in a drop down box as shown below:

Just click on any article to open the article. You can now continue while keeping the article open for reference purposes, or close it once you have finished perusing the article. It has never been easier to get assistance on any topic in WeconnectU.

If you still require support, just click on the Send Message button to send us a message with your support request.  You can also click on the Attach File link to upload any supporting screenshot for your support request. The WeconnectU support team will respond to your Support Request as soon as a support consultant is available.
